This page explains how your data is collected and used when you visit this website and/or contact me.
Your personal information
If you submit my contact form, I will collect via the form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your query/message
The information above is necessary for me to respond to your query/message.
It will be kept within my website and my emails, both of which are hosted and stored on servers within the European Union.
No third parties have access to your data unless the law allows them to do so.
I do not share or sell your data, nor add you to any form of mailing list.
The personal information you provide via my contact form will be stored within my website and my emails for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 7 months as data is deleted once every 6 months.
If you engage me to carry out work for you, all relevant personal information you provide will be stored within my emails and files for the duration of the agreed work schedule and for 6 years after the final payment has been received.
The security of your data is important to me, but please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. I use reports provided by Google Analytics to help me understand website traffic and webpage usage.
You can opt out of Google Analytics cookies altogether via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-on.
I aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your personal data.
